About the Course
Red Hawk is a 9-Hole golf course as result of a public-private partnership between the City of Davenport and the Quad Cities Chapter of the First Tee. The course offer programs for golfers from all ages, socioeconomic backgrounds and skills levels. The newly renovated course has been open to the public since June 2002. The renovation included the addition of three ponds, 20 permanent range tees, driving range, huge putting green and practice chipping green, and the addition of forward tees on every hole. Scholarships will be available for First Tee participants. In July 2007 Red Hawk opened for play a new 3-hole practice short course, along with adding a pitching green and large fairway to help you improve your game.
The minimum age for play on 18-hole and 9-hole courses is anyone of school age. 9-hole rates are available for play for anyone at any time.
